Independent procurement coordination
Meat Processing Equipment Sourcing coordinates factory wholesale quotes for grinding and preparation machines. We rewrite buyer briefs into comparable RFQs covering feedstock, plate opening, duty cycle, utilities and destination. We do not manufacture grinders, keep inventory, or serve as a brand-appointed reseller.
Coordinator work is limited to matching the written duty, collecting replies, and flagging missing lines such as installation or spare plates. Process ownership, sanitation approval and contract signatures stay with the buyer and the named factory. Public manufacturer pages are used as unit references, not as affiliation.
An independent sourcing partner organizes comparable factory quotes. It does not own the grinding plant, does not rate factories as verified, and does not convert brochure kg/h into a site-wide output claim.

When a factory offers automation such as auto-feed or recipe memory, we still treat it as a quoted option. Automation on a standalone grinder does not by itself prove hygienic line integration or a staffed packing-room handover. Those interfaces belong on a separate list of extras.
We refuse to write percentage savings without matched quotations. We also refuse to copy competitor discounts, factory founding years or capacity figures that are not in the supplier reply. If a certificate is relevant, we list it as a document to request, not as a credential of this service.
